COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Solflower Computer SFVME-33 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Markem products, including obsoleted and phased-out Tb-Wood's parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Indramat product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Markem such as the SMARTDATE5 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the VACONX4C40300C manufactured by Tb-Wood's and we are pleased to be able to service most Tb-Wood's systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature TRK64U38060G0567 by Manufacturer Indramat as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Compumotor Brand ZX620240V25 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Ge such as XMT868I1110003110 equipment made by Ge have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Ge products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Ge" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available ACUVIMALD605AP1 made by Accuenergy as well as the popular SHLD69600G original spares produced by Siemens Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the Z300S5T by Omron and XMT868I1110003110 spares by Ge are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original VLT5052PT5C54STR0DL Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Danfoss. |
